My work

The work I find most interesting happens before the solution exists. These projects are from financial services, the public sector and fintech; different problems, different constraints, the same starting point.

These are some of the projects I have worked on. Each one is a different problem, a different organisation, a different set of constraints. The common thread is the work that happens before the solution: understanding what's actually wrong, and making sure the right thing gets built.
